However, should a special circumstance arise eligible for return of an item for a refund, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, requires a receipt or proof of purchase. Where items have been made or personalised for you, they are non-refundable unless defective. If an item needs to be returned due to shipping damage, send an email with a picture of item and shipping container, to the contact email address on this website and I will provide you with the address to return your items. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email to notify you that your returned item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. When you are returning items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
